• • Withdrawal Access: We cannot access or withdraw your funds

User Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• • Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• • Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• • Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable laws
• • Maintain an active account with a supported cryptocurrency exchange
• • Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

NorthStone makes no representations or warranties about the profitability of our trading strategies. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Only invest funds you can afford to lose entirely.

Payment Terms

• • Annual fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable
• • Performance fees are calculated monthly based on realized profits
• • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
• • We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days notice

Permitted Uses

• • Use our Services for legitimate trading purposes
• • Provide accurate and complete information
• • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• • Maintain the security of your account credentials

Prohibited Activities

• • Using our Services for money laundering or terrorist financing
• • Attempting to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent activities
• • Sharing account credentials or API keys with third parties
• • Reverse engineering or attempting to access our proprietary algorithms
• • Using our platform to violate any applicable laws or regulations

Exclusions

Our liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to NorthStone in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for:

• • Trading losses or investment performance
• • Exchange failures or third-party service interruptions
• • Market volatility or adverse price movements
• • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all trading activities will cease, final fees will be calculated, and your access to the platform will be revoked. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including liability limitations and dispute resolution clauses.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
